Anders Nordli specializes in tax, and has gained extensive expertise within tax and duties, M&A and company law as well as commercial property.

Anders has experience from a broad spectrum of fields and industries, but with a specific focus towards property. In particular, he has accumulated experience working with planning and implementing of structures, including reorganizations, generational changes/transfers and incentive schemes for management and other employees.
