Thomas Borch-Nielsen

Thomas Borch-Nielsen works with mergers and acquisitions of companies (M&A), demergers and company law, and he is a central part of Grette’s transaction team. In recent years, Thomas has worked with several large transactions, including transacions within renewable energy. Based on this, Thomas has gained a good understanding of the energy industry.

In addition, Thomas has 2 years of experience as a Deputy Judge at Ringerike District Court.
